My background is defined by a passionate love of drama, theatre and performing. From a young age I’ve participated in school plays and productions, from fashion shows to singing contests to performing in the Shakespearian School Festival.
After gaining my LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) grades and medals, alongside my mandatory studies I embarked onto University to further train in the art of acting and theory of drama.
Since then, I have worked on the set of Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, Waterloo Road, Harry Hill the Movie amongst others as an extra, volunteered in schools helping with GCSE Drama Exams, helped out with school productions as well as a short stint at a casting agency – So when it comes to knowing what casting directors are looking for these days, I’m your girl!
Cut a long story short, I have now returned to my hometown of Lytham St. Annes, in my late 20’s, offering private LAMDA tuition from home, and guess what, it’s great! I purposely took my PreCertLAM in LAMDA, knowing full well that one day I would love to teach.
The joy I get from helping children grow in confidence and achieve their aspirations is second to none and I’m only ever a phone call away if you would like to find out more about my journey / experience.
